Singer-songwriter Eliot Kennedy announced he is going to donate proceeds from his new single, ‘This Christmas‘, to National Energy Action to help us support vulnerable households this winter. Eliot has worked in the UK music industry for decades as a songwriter and record producer.

Former Take That star supports single
Eliot has done several interviews to promote the single and why he wants to raise money for National Energy Action. Asked on Sky News why he decided to release a charity single in aid of National Energy Action, Eliot said: “Hearing that families were having to make a decision to either feed their kids or keep them warm is all the inspiration I needed.”
Singer-songwriter Gary Barlow, who Eliot worked with before when he was in Take That and as a solo artist, promoted the single with a message of support.
National Energy Action estimates that there are currently 6.7 million households in fuel poverty, struggling to heat their homes, falling into debt and resorting to unsafe coping tactics. This winter is going to be extremely tough, especially if temperatures drop. We want to help as many people as possible.
