Help Fight Fuel Poverty

There are currently 6.3 million households in fuel poverty, after years of extraordinarily high energy bills. That’s millions of people struggling to afford to heat their homes, struggling with damp, isolation and the physical and mental health problems that being fuel poor brings. We’re fighting for them and for everyone else at risk of falling into fuel poverty during the energy crisis.

We are calling on the government to introduce short-term measures to help this winter, as well as committing to a social tariff to provide long-term protection for low-income and vulnerable households. Help us raise awareness by supporting us on Fuel Poverty Awareness Day and writing to your MP.

We run events to bring together organisations working in the fuel poverty space, and courses to train those on the frontline of fuel poverty. We also have up-to-date advice resources and information regarding energy bills, the energy crisis and the help available to households.

Here are many ways you can help us to fight fuel poverty.
