The Warm Homes Plan sets a clear ambition and a welcome target of lifting 1 million homes out of fuel poverty.  However, in its current form, there is a real risk that it does not deliver warmth for the most vulnerable.

In what appeared to be a never-ending saga of ‘will they, won’t they’, the UK Government has now finally published the much-awaited Warm Homes Plan.
