The Impact of Fuel Poverty on Education is a 45‑minute FREE webinar designed by educators, for educators and professionals who work with young people.
The webinar will outline how fuel poverty is defined and explore the impact it can have on education and on the young people you work with every day.
Attendees will examine the factors that place young people at risk of living in cold homes, while considering the physical and mental impacts of fuel poverty on wellbeing. The session will signpost relevant support pathways and highlight practical resources that schools can utilise. Finally, we will provide an overview of the educational work offered by National Energy Action to support schools and education settings.
