Join us this year for National Energy Action’s Walk for Warmth on 21 February 2026! This family-fun event is dedicated to raising awareness and life-changing funds to tackle fuel poverty across the UK. Whether you’re joining one of our guided walks in Newcastle or London, or hosting your own walk in your local area – get together with friends, family and colleagues and join TeamNEA to Walk for Warmth!

We are walking together to:

  • Raise vital funds to keep people in desperate need warm in their own home
  • Raise awareness about our vital work and services

Details for our Newcastle walk:

Starting at One Strawberry Lane, walking up to and through the glorious Exhibition Park and Leazes Park, rounding at St James Park, before finishing up with a hot drink and some tasty snacks at the end.
