Raise money through your company

Fundraise at Work

Fundraising through your company is a fantastic way to engage your team, achieve your CSR goals and do something incredible to tackle fuel poverty.

From office bake sales and team sports days to taking on a half or full marathon, there is something to suit your team’s ambitions.

Charity of the Year

By choosing National Energy Action as your Charity of the Year, you will be pledging your support for a set period, allowing us to plan better for the future and help to sustain our services.

As your Charity of the Year, we can help to create a bespoke plan of activities to engage and inspire your staff from office coffee mornings and dress-down days to taking part in fundraising challenges or volunteering with us.

We’ll also keep you updated on the latest campaigns you can get involved in and share news on our work, so you can see the impact of supporting our work.

Gifts in Kind

A gift in kind donation is an easy way for your company to support our vital work by donating key skills, services or products. Gift in kind donations allows our team to benefit from invaluable expertise and help us to keep our running costs as low as possible.

There are a number of ways in which your company could help, including:

  • Providing venue space for meetings and events
  • Raffle or auction prizes
  • Sharing staff expertise and knowledge in areas such as marketing, campaigning and creative support
  • Providing use of in-house design or printing services so we can develop and deliver resources for your clients
  • Donation of practical items, including anything from draught excluders to boilers
  • Donation of food and drinks for our events such as Walk for Warmth

Volunteer

Every year, we send thousands of Winter Warmth Support Packs to people struggling to stay warm and well in their homes.

Our corporate volunteers are an essential part of this service, enabling us to put the packs together ready to send out in time for the colder winter months.

For our most vulnerable and at-risk clients, the Winter Warmth Support Packs are a lifeline and provide much-needed comfort at warmth at home.

By volunteering to support one of our packing days, your company has a unique opportunity to boost staff engagement, team building, and make a meaningful difference to help people experiencing fuel poverty.
