Our mission, and therefore our strategy, has a simple yet challenging goal: everyone should be able to afford to keep their home warm, healthy, and safe.
Fuel poverty is about more than an unaffordable energy bill. It is about a lack of dignity, wellbeing, and a decent quality of life. This is especially true for those most vulnerable to an unhealthy home.
Our mission requires focus and determined action from policymakers, industry and cross-sector partners to make the required systemic change to end fuel poverty.
It also requires National Energy Action to take the next step in our own development as a charity to deliver support, raise awareness, and achieve change.
