Warm Together Cymru

Our Warm Together Cymru project

Warm Together Cymru is a three-year project from National Energy Action (NEA) focused on bringing essential energy advice and support directly to communities across Wales.

The project works with local people to develop their knowledge and confidence through our Energy Champions initiative.

Become an energy champion in Wales

Energy Champions are given practical energy saving advice around, understanding and managing bills, how to reduce your energy use and keeping homes warm and healthy — passing on this information to friends, relatives and neighbours means that Energy Champions can help to build lasting resilience within their communities.

Through Warm Together Cymru, NEA also delivers local energy advice events, providing tailored information and support to those most at risk of fuel poverty. In addition, households can benefit from Winter Warmth Support Packs, which include energy-saving tools such as LED lightbulbs, radiator reflectors and draught excluders, alongside practical guidance to help reduce energy consumption.

The project also offers access to a small hardship fund to assist those facing immediate challenges with fuel costs, food bills or warm clothing.
