Our Making a Successful Energy Trust Fund Application spotlight aims to provide advisers with the knowledge and skills needed to apply to energy trust funds to reduce or clear arrears for fuel poor households. With energy debt continuing to rise, this spotlight intends to help advisers feel more confident when completing trust fund applications and understand how to maximise the chances of success.
This course is designed for frontline advisers and support workers who assist households with energy-related issues and want to make their trust fund applications more effective.
