1) FUNDING ELIGIBILITY

This course is available on a funded basis to non-commercial and not-for-profit organisations in Wales, such as local authorities, housing associations, and advice agencies. Learners must be frontline staff or volunteers who work with clients experiencing, or at risk of, fuel poverty. This includes individuals on low incomes or in vulnerable circumstances who are struggling to meet and manage their household energy costs.

Funded places include the course and assessment so by signing up to attend the course learners are also signing up to the assessment. If you do not wish to submit an assessment please tick the box below.

4) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once in receipt of this completed booking form, NEA shall contact the learner to confirm the place or offer an alternative if the session is already fully booked.

Bookings are for the named person only, if you wish to change the attendee name please inform NEA in advance of the webinar date so that we can update our records on who will be attending (places are limited so anyone not officially booked may be turned away on the day).

CANCELLATIONS:
– If you are unable to attend, please notify NEA as soon as possible so that your place can be offered to another learner.
– Although attendance is free of charge for learners, there are costs associated with NEA delivering the training. When we are not informed of cancellations, we are unable to reallocate places, which can affect course delivery and have implications for future funding.
– Please note that repeated cancellations or failure to attend without prior notice may result in restrictions on future bookings.
– Notice of cancellation must be confirmed in in an email.
– These conditions will not apply if the event is postponed or cancelled by NEA.
