The Energy Scam Awareness: Practical Support for Advisers spotlight aims to provide advisers with the knowledge, awareness and practical tools needed to identify, prevent and respond to energy-related scams. The spotlight intends to help advisers support clients effectively and reduce the risk of individuals becoming victims of energy scams.
This course is designed for frontline advisers and support workers who assist households with energy-related issues and want to develop their knowledge of energy scams and how to protect clients.

To join, learners will need a device with internet access and sound capability, along with a microphone and webcam to enable full participation.
As this is a spotlight session, speakers will not have the opportunity to answer questions throughout the session, but a contact e-mail will be provided following the session should you have any questions.
Once booked, learners should receive a confirmation of booking e-mail. Joining instructions will be sent the week before the course.
