How many appliances did you find with a red ‘standby’ light? (They are much easier to see when it’s dark!)

When the light is showing, there is still a bit of electricity being used by each of these items. It’s not much, but when we count up all the things left on standby, it can add up to a lot of electricity wasted. It costs more than £35 a year in some homes!
