NEA NI’s response outlines support for the overall direction and project focus of CCNI’s draft Forward Work Programme 2025-2026, particularly initiatives aimed at empowering, protecting, representing, and understanding consumers in relation to energy. We support the strong focus on key issues like the cost of living and transition to net zero. We also suggest additional areas for focus in relation to addressing fuel poverty.
