Face-to-Face Training

NEA offer face-to-face training in a range of subjects, from a half-day Introduction to Domestic Energy Efficiency to the NEA / City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Energy Awareness 6281-01 qualification. We can also develop and deliver bespoke courses to meet your needs. Please select the relevant subject from the list below or contact Lynsey Thompson to discuss further.

In addition for face-to-face training, NEA also offer an exciting suite of supported e-learning and interactive webinars so take a look around and get in touch if you would like to discuss any of the options featured.

Please note that due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, face-to-face training is currently only available on an in-house basis to organisations wishing to train a group of staff. Open access courses will be added in the future once if is safe to do so.

Energy Awareness 6281-01 (Level 3 Award)

This three-day course leading to the NEA/City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Energy Awareness 6281-01 is widely recognised as an industry standard for domestic energy advice and is also identified as one of the benchmark qualifications within the PAS2035 Standards for Retrofit Advisers.

Renewable Energy in the Home 6281-02 (Level 3 Award)

This course is designed for those providing householders with advice about domestic renewable technologies.

Fuel Debt Advice in the Community 6281-16 (Level 2 Award)

The course is designed for frontline staff working with low-income and vulnerable households who may be in fuel debt or at risk from fuel debt.

Decarbonising Homes: Technologies, Impacts and Solutions

This new course has been developed to provide a practical understanding of a range of low carbon and renewable technologies, their impacts, and how they can help people living in fuel poverty.
