Flexible working

We offer flexible working arrangements to support different needs, working styles, and life circumstances. Depending on the role, this may include hybrid working, home-based roles, office-based roles, part-time hours, or adjusted working patterns. We do have regular all staff workshops too.

Flexibility is considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the requirements of the role, the team, and the organisation.

If you have questions about flexibility, our People team can discuss options with you confidentially.
