Fuel poverty is no longer just a winter issue. It is a year-round concern for many households, with rising temperatures during the summer months creating additional challenges and increasing energy costs. Using the work of National Energy Action’s Insights and Impacts team, the spotlight session aims to provide advisers with insight into the lived experiences of those affected by fuel poverty, helping them understand the unique pressures faced during the summer and signpost individuals to relevant support services.
This course is designed for frontline advisers and support workers and volunteers who assist households with energy-related issues.

To join, learners will need a device with internet access and sound capability, along with a microphone and webcam to enable full participation.
As this is a spotlight session, speakers will not have the opportunity to answer questions throughout the session, but a contact email will be provided following the session should you have any questions.
