You’ll offer casework to low‑income and vulnerable households, deliver community presentations, support referrals from NEA’s advice services, maintain accurate records, and work closely with partners and local organisations. Your contribution will directly improve health, wellbeing and energy resilience for those most at risk.

We’re seeking a motivated Project Development Co‑ordinator for the London area to lead stakeholder engagement, community outreach and direct support for low‑income and vulnerable households. You’ll deliver impactful projects, build strong partnerships, provide one‑to‑one energy and fuel‑debt advice, run group sessions, oversee project reporting and contribute to new programme development. Your work will help improve health, wellbeing and energy resilience for those most at risk.
