Energy Adviser

We’re recruiting a skilled Energy Adviser to deliver one‑to‑one support, group advice sessions and wider community engagement for households across the UK. You’ll help people navigate complex energy issues, support vulnerable clients referred through NEA’s services, maintain accurate casework records and work closely with partners and community organisations.

We’re looking for a motivated Energy Adviser to support households across London, providing trusted one‑to‑one advice, helping clients navigate complex energy issues, delivering group sessions, and contributing to NEA’s wider community engagement work. The role involves travel across London and requires a full driving licence to operate NEA’s Mobile Advice Centre. You’ll offer casework to low‑income and vulnerable households, deliver community presentations, support referrals from NEA’s advice services, maintain accurate records, and work closely with partners and local organisations. Your contribution will directly improve health, wellbeing and energy resilience for those most at risk.

Project Development Co-ordinator

Contract type Permanent. Full-time, 37 hours per week

We’re seeking a motivated Project Development Co‑ordinator for the London area to lead stakeholder engagement, community outreach and direct support for low‑income and vulnerable households. You’ll deliver impactful projects, build strong partnerships, provide one‑to‑one energy and fuel‑debt advice, run group sessions, oversee project reporting and contribute to new programme development. Your work will help improve health, wellbeing and energy resilience for those most at risk.
