Provide Winter Warmth Support Packs for people in need
As the energy crisis deepens, millions across the UK face the harsh reality of fuel poverty.
For people who can’t afford to turn on their heating, a Winter Warmth Support Pack can provide some comfort and relief. Each pack is filled with lots of handy household items to help someone who is struggling to stay warm at home.
For a household in need, a Winter Warmth Support Pack can be a lifeline.
‘What I did not expect and am delighted by was the Winter Warmth Support Pack. I was thrilled. The ‘snuggler’ is wonderful and the thermos is such a good idea. It has been so thoughtfully put together and we appreciate the kindness so much.’

Helping the most vulnerable stay warm this winter
Winter Warmth Support Packs are designed to help our most vulnerable and at-risk clients stay warm during the colder months. Each pack includes practical, energy-saving items such as thermometer cards, blankets, vacuum flasks, LED lightbulbs, draughtproofing strips and radiator reflector panels, along with comforting essentials like soup and hot chocolate.
Last winter, over 3,000 packs were distributed, but demand is expected to rise as more people struggle to heat their homes. Each pack costs between £50 and £80 to assemble and deliver, depending on household size. A donation can directly fund this vital support, providing immediate warmth and relief to those who need it most.
