COMPLETED In 2016/17, NEA rolled out the Warm Minds project in seven areas across England and Wales to help those living with mental health issues, dementia, learning disability and learning difficulties, to better manage their energy needs and to achieve warmer, more energy efficient homes.
Implementing the NICE Guidance on excess winter deaths and illness and the health risks associated with cold homes To provide Leicestershire householders living in cold homes with a single point of contact via a telephone helpline. The project particularly targets those with existing health conditions which are exacerbated by living in a cold, damp home.
