The energy crisis has plunged millions more households into fuel poverty, forcing vulnerable people into desperate situations and struggling to afford heating and eating.
National Energy Action aims to support as many people as possible through this difficult time and beyond. Our mission is to make sure everyone feels warm, safe and healthy at home.
But the situation is desperate, and our services have never been in higher demand. We need your support to provide a lifeline to those in need.
How your donation will save lives
Your donation could help to:
- Advocate on behalf of people struggling because of low incomes and/or vulnerabilities
- Provide life-changing energy and water efficiency advice to help people struggling to afford their gas and electricity
- Provide essential winter support to those in need through a hardship fund
- Provide benefits advice and claim support to increase available income
- Support local and regional organisations with training and skills so they can advise more people on what help is available
Together, we can work to make sure everyone can afford to stay warm, safe and healthy at home.
Your donation will be used wherever it’s needed most to help people in fuel poverty and support National Energy Action’s campaigning and advocacy to ensure that the needs of fuel poor households are at the heart of policy decisions.

Donate your winter fuel payment
If you are of pension age, you will receive a Winter Fuel Payment every year from the UK government. If you do not need this support to stay comfortably warm at home, please consider donating it to help a more vulnerable household.
Winter Warmth Support Pack Appeal
National Energy Action has developed a pack, which contains household energy efficiency items that can be used to help stay a little warmer at home during the cold winter months. Donate to help us provide these packs to the most vulnerable and at-risk households.
