If you are struggling to afford your water bills, then your water company may be able to support you.
Every water company in England and Wales offer affordability support schemes and water efficiency measures, such as:
- A free water meter
- Watersure (water bill caps for qualifying customers)
- Social tariffs (payment support schemes for those with low household incomes, or receiving specific benefits)
