This form is to book a full Level 3 Award in Energy Awareness 6281-01 online assessment only, re-sits should be booked separately. Please contact tracy.norris@nea.org.uk for further details.

In order to book an exam place you must have already booked and started the e-learning course.

The exam fee is generally included in the overall course fee and not charged separately. If you received a funded place this financial year (between 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2023), your assessment is also funded. If you received a funded place last financial year (prior to 31 March 2023) the programme has now ended and there will be a separate charge for your assessment.

LEARNER SUPPORT / ACCESS REQUIREMENTS


Exam Access Arrangements (EAAs) are the reasonable adjustments that can be made for a candidate to access an assessment. This might include things like extra time to complete an exam paper, permission to use assistive technology, provision of rest breaks and so on.

Access arrangements can be applied in certain circumstances such as for learners with special educational needs, disabilities, temporary injuries/illnesses and so on.

Arrangements must be made in advance of the exam day as outlined in your original course joining instructions. This involves submitting a 'learning support' form that will be reviewed by NEA. Formal evidence may also be required. CLICK HERE FOR FURTHER DETAILS

CANCELLATIONS

The exam fee is generally included in the overall course fee. As outlined in the main course booking form, the following cancellation periods / charges will apply should the learner wish to cancel their chosen exam date once booked:

> Less than one weeks notice 75% of the fee will be payable
> Less than three weeks notice 50% of the fee will be payable
> Over three weeks notice will not incur a charge
> Funded place - if you are unable to attend, please advise NEA asap so your place can be re-allocated. Failure to do so can impact on funding and we may be unable to re-book a funded exam place for you.

Cancellations should be made in writing.
