ONLINE ASSESSMENT – Energy Awareness 6281-01 – level 3 (06 June 2025)

**PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING** This form is to book a full Level 3 Award in Energy Awareness 6281-01 online assessment only, re-sits should be booked separately. Please contact tracy.norris@nea.org.uk for further details. In order to book an exam place you must have already booked and started the e-learning course. The assessment fee is generally included in the overall course fee and not charged separately. If you received a funded place from NEA, your assessment must take place within the timeframe agreed at the point of booking unless otherwise agreed. Any assessments that take place outside of the funding period may be charged. To book a place please complete the following fields. The exam fee is generally included in the overall course fee. As outlined in the main course booking form, the following cancellation periods / charges will apply should the learner wish to cancel their chosen exam date once booked: > Less than one weeks notice 75% of the fee will be payable
> Less than three weeks notice 50% of the fee will be payable
> Over three weeks notice will not incur a charge
> Funded place – if you received a funded E-Learning place between 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2024 your assessment is also funded. If are unable to attend, please advise NEA at least three weeks prior to the exam date so your place can be re-allocated. Failure to do so can impact on funding and we may be unable to re-book a funded exam place for you. Cancellations should be made in writing.

National Energy Action collects personal information when you book on to a training event; this is used to provide the services requested; report to funders (if necessary); and to evaluate our services.
