CANCELLATIONS

As outlined in the main course booking form, the following cancellation periods / charges will apply should the learner wish to cancel their chosen exam date once booked:

> Less than one weeks notice 75% of the fee will be payable
> Less than three weeks notice 50% of the fee will be payable
> Over three weeks notice will not incur a charge
> If you received a fully funded place please inform NEA of any cancellations as soon as possible so that your place can be re-allocated.

Cancellations should be made in writing.
