How to wrap up the problem of keeping warm at home

How warm is warm?

We’re all different and we all feel warm indoors at different temperatures.

The National Health Service recommends a main living area has a temperature of 18⁰C – 23⁰C.

Aim to avoid  temperatures higher or lower than that, as they might not be good for us.

Many people find a temperature of 21⁰C in a living area and 18⁰C in a bedroom is ok.
