In order to book an exam place you must have already booked and started the e-learning course.

The exam fee is generally included in the overall course fee and not charged separately.

CANCELLATIONS

The exam fee is generally included in the overall course fee. As outlined in the main course booking form, the following cancellation periods / charges will apply should the learner wish to cancel their chosen exam date once booked:

> Less than one weeks notice 75% of the fee will be payable
> Less than three weeks notice 50% of the fee will be payable
> Over three weeks notice will not incur a charge
> Funded place – if you are unable to attend, please advise NEA asap so your place can be re-allocated. Failure to do so can impact on funding and we may be unable to re-book a funded exam place for you.

Cancellations should be made in writing.
