To book a free place on the e-learning please complete the following fields. This training programme is arranged/ funded by Citizens Advice. By signing up for a free place, you are also agreeing to the organisers from Citizens Advice contacting you following your course for feedback. As standard we provide access to the course for 8 weeks and ask that learners complete the course and assessment within this time. On average it takes around 20 hours to work through the course and a further 9 hours prepare for the exam. Each learner is different so this is just a guide.
