Citizens Advice Learners

National Energy Action are working with Citizens Advice to deliver a programme of training to their staff and volunteers.

The Level 3 Award in Energy Awareness 6281-01 is aimed at frontline workers who deliver energy advice to households, either face-to-face or over the phone.

This popular course explores a breadth of topics related to the energy sector, including energy-saving methods. It will provide the knowledge and skills required to deliver practical and impactful advice to clients. 

E-learning is self-study, once registered, learners will have access to the online to study online at a time and location that is convenient to them.

When ready, learners will go on to sit the online assessment with a National Energy Action registered examiner.

PLEASE NOTE that this programme is funded by Citizens Advice and was originally due to end on 31 March 2025 but has been extended to 30 April 2025 to give learners a little more time. Learners must enrol and begin the course (login to the course site) before the end of March and all learning and assessments must be completed by the end of April 2024.
