National Energy Action are working with Citizens Advice to deliver a programme of training to their staff and volunteers.

The Level 3 Award in Energy Awareness 6281-01 is aimed at frontline workers who deliver energy advice to households, either face-to-face or over the phone.

This popular course explores a breadth of topics related to the energy sector, including energy-saving methods. It will provide the knowledge and skills required to deliver practical and impactful advice to clients. 

E-learning is self-study, once registered, learners will have access to the online course for 8 weeks and be able to study online at a time and location that is convenient to them.

When ready, learners will go on to sit the online assessment with a National Energy Action registered examiner.
