Delegates can complete many of NEAs most popular courses at their own pace in the comfort of their own home through our suite of e-learning courses. NEAs most widely recognised Level 3 City and Guilds qualification in Energy Awareness is now available as a supported e-learning qualification with access to trainer support for questions, along with our recently developed online exam to complete the qualification remotely.
NEA currently has full funded places on our full suite of e-learning below, this is only available to non-commercial organisations that regularly encounter those in or at risk of fuel poverty – i.e. those on a low income / in a vulnerable situation and who are struggling to manage their household bills.
Fuel Poverty and Health – available now
The course looks at the causes and impacts of fuel poverty with a focus on the health impacts. It aims to help delegates identify those likely to be at risk from fuel poverty and signpost to assistance.
