NEA undertakes a range of activities to help fuel poor households. We welcome new donors, sponsors and supporters that wish to assist us in the fight against fuel poverty. By making a donation you can help to fund fuel poverty projects and support our campaigning activities to ensure that all households, particularly those who are vulnerable, are able to live in homes which are warmer, healthier and affordable to heat.

There are a number of different ways to donate:

By Post

Make your cheque payable to ‘NEA’ and send to Fundraising Team, NEA, West One, Forth Banks, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 3PA (please do not send cash in the post)

Online

You can donate via our website or through Virgin Money Giving

Direct Debit

Make a regular donation using Direct Debit via the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF)

Leave a Legacy

A legacy gift is about the future. By remembering NEA in your will, it will help us to continue our fight to end fuel poverty. Do something amazing, help our work live on. Anyone can support NEA in this way and every single donation, whether large or small, has the power to make a difference.

Memorial Fund or other ways to give

You may consider working with NEA to set up a memorial fund on behalf of yourself or a loved one. A memorial fund could be set up in someone’s memory to ensure a lasting and positive impact for your family. Another way to support NEA is to ask for a donation in lieu of flowers. Any support, whether large or small, will be gratefully received by NEA and we will make sure it goes towards providing support for someone struggling in fuel poverty.

You can read more about how we fundraise and the difference our work makes here [link to Impacts Page]

We still have a daily fight against fuel poverty, with energy prices rising, incomes dwindling, and some of our poorest households still in the most energy-inefficient housing. Help us act now!
