If you or someone you know can’t afford to heat their home then we’re here to help. We offer a range of support both directly to people in need, and via frontline workers and other intermediaries.

Due to unprecedented demand for our WASH phone line services you may not be able to speak to an adviser straight away; our phone lines are currently operational Monday to Friday, 10.00 am – 12.00 noon but if advisers are busy you may find the line goes to voicemail. If you are unable to get through you can complete our online referral form here but please be aware we may not be able to get back in touch straight away.
