Water bills are often the first household bills to go unpaid when customers start slipping into financial difficulties, and yet the majority of customers are unaware that companies have plans in place to help them if they’re struggling to pay.

NEA and CCW recognise that this awareness is extremely low, and so have developed some practical resources for our stakeholders to use to promote the services available with their client base. The below links will allow you to download and print a customer information leaflet, poster and social media post in either English or Welsh. As further resources are developed they will also be made available.

The benefit of these resources are that they are not branded by a specific water company, meaning you can use them throughout England and Wales.
