Date(s) - 27/03/2017
9:15 am - 12:00 pm
Culture & Media Centre
The delivery of the Community Action Partnership concluded at the end of March 2016 but the programme’s intention of developing a blueprint for best practice going forward, to share learnings and inspire community stakeholders to take action on fuel poverty, goes on. NEA, with the support of British Gas, put in place the action plan to take the programme forward by developing the Community Action on Fuel Poverty website. Twenty workshops are being held nationwide (16 in England and four in Wales) to help introduce community groups and those interested in assisting people in fuel poverty to the new website and encourage them to utilise its resources.
Participation in the workshops is free of charge and lunch will be provided.
