UK Fuel Poverty Monitor 2013

The purpose of the UK Fuel Poverty Monitor is to scrutinise relevant policy areas where the governments and assemblies of the United Kingdom have adopted different approaches in addressing fuel poverty with a view to identifying good practice that might be replicated across the other nations. In practical terms this generally means examination of statutory energy efficiency programmes developed and implemented by the legislatures of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
