Community Action Partnership Impact Report 2016

Community Action Partnership (CAP) was a two-year programme of facilitated practical activities, funded and supported by British Gas and delivered by NEA, in eight communities – seven in England and one in Wales. The aim was to agree a bespoke local action plan  and then deliver activities to enhance the achievement of affordable warmth and energy capability. This report provides an overview of the objectives, aims and impacts of CAP including information on the Community Action on Fuel Poverty website (www.fuelpovertyresource.org.uk) developed through learnings from the CAP programme.
