Central Heating Fund evaluations
During 2016-17 NEA was commissioned to undertake the evaluation of two DECC-funded Central Heating Fund projects. The Cosy Devon project and Central Heating Fund project in the East Riding of Yorkshire, both managed by AgilityEco, aimed to deliver new gas-fired central heating to over 700 homes – helping residents to reduce energy bills and to achieve affordable warmth.
The evaluation of both projects were designed to provide insights from a delivery and partnership perspective and on the impact of interventions, incuding: delivery and operational effectiveness; targeting of those most in need; quantifying household benefits; and value for money. Both evaluations ended in Spring 2017 and the reports are available to download below.
