The research team at NEA are able to provide a number of services to outside agencies and details of how to become a member of NEA are available from our Membership Officer. You can make contact via this link.

Services the research team can provide include:

  • Providing data for your campaigns e.g. local fuel poverty estimates, excess winter death data etc (free to members).
  • Advise on developing your strategic information, alongside development of an Affordable Warmth Strategy.
  • Signpost our (and others’) key research findings better.
  • Respond to your views on what we need to know more about, and getting it on the research agenda.
  • Gather intelligence with project officers and local collaborators to strengthen the case for change that’s needed.
  • Working with local authorities on house condition and fuel poverty surveys including a fuel poverty analysis of housing stock.
