Fuel Debt Masterclass Network Meetings
NEA Cymru will be hosting three Fuel Debt Masterclasses (Network Meetings) in February, as part of our Fuel Debt Advice and Mentoring project across Wales: one in South, one in West, and one in North Wales.
These meetings are free to attend. They enable those who have completed our Level 2 Fuel Debt Advice in the Community course to have an opportunity to further consider fuel debt advice issues, share good practice and network with other organisations working in this field.
The focus of our 2017/18 Masterclasses will be on smart meters. We will look in more detail at how smart meters work, the ways in which they might benefit service users in arrears with their gas and electricity, and also the wider rollout and campaign.
The meetings will run on:
- Tuesday 6 February 2018 – South Wales (at The Orbit Business Centre, Merthyr Tydfil, CF41 1DL) –
- Wednesday 7 February 2018 – West Wales (at Cardigan Castle, Green Street, Cardigan, SA43 1JA) –
- Thursday 8 February 2018 – North Wales (at Venue Cymru, The Promenade, Penrhyn Crescent, Llandudno, LL30 1BB) –
Each meeting will run from 9.45am – 1pm and will include lunch. To book a place, please complete the on-line form below. If you have any questions, please contact Rhiannon Spence by email or on 029 2072 6580. Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Please note: These meetings are aimed at those who have not undertaken smart meter training previously and did not attend last year’s Masterclass, as this will cover similar content.
