The Warm, Cosy and Comfortable Competition 2009

The Warm, Cosy and Comfortable Competition 2009

The Warm, Cosy and Comfortable Competition was a competition aimed at Key Stage 1 and 2 children. We asked children from across England to come up with drawings, posters and poems of what it means to them to be warm, cosy and comfortable especially in their home and during their everyday lives.

The idea behind the competition was to get the children thinking creatively about energy efficiency, affordable warmth and the associated environmental agenda. Click here for the activity pack.

A judging panel has chosen the winner 15 entries and their ideas have been made into a charity calendar. Click here for a sample.
